All purchases from Mayura Trade Links are made at our store or arranged directly with us. The website does not take orders or payments. This policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds work.
1. Returns and exchanges
You can return or exchange a product within 7 days of purchase if:
- you bring the original bill;
- the product is unused, unopened and in its original packaging; and
- it is not in the list of items that cannot be returned (section 2).
2. Items that cannot be returned
- Paint tinted or mixed to a shade you chose, since it is made to order.
- Items cut to the length you asked for, such as pipes, binding wire, chains and packing film.
- Opened or partly used paints, primers, putty, adhesives, sealants and other chemicals.
- Products ordered specially for you that we do not normally stock.
3. Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please check your products before leaving the store or when they are delivered. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, tell us within 2 days with the bill and, if possible, a photo. We will replace it or refund it. Defects found later are handled under the manufacturer's warranty, and we will help you raise the claim.
4. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are paid in the same way you paid (cash, UPI or bank transfer) within 7 working days. Where an exchange is possible, we may offer a replacement or store credit instead, but the choice of a refund is yours if the item was defective or wrong.
5. Bulk and site orders
For bulk, contractor or special orders, any cancellation and return terms agreed in your quotation or on your bill apply.
6. Your rights
This policy does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
