These terms apply to your use of mayuratradelinks.com, run by Mayura Trade Links, Coimbatore. By using the website you agree to them.
1. What this website is for
The website shows the range of products we stock and lets you send an enquiry to us on WhatsApp or by phone. You cannot buy or pay for anything on the website. All sales take place at our store or as agreed with us directly.
2. Product information
- Product names, variants, sizes and descriptions are based on manufacturers' information and are for general guidance. Always check the product label and the manufacturer's instructions before use.
- Photos are for illustration. Packaging and appearance may differ from the product you receive.
- Colours shown on screen, including on the Birla Opus shade catalogue, can look different from the actual paint. Please check a shade card or a sample before buying.
- Not every listed product or size is always in stock. Availability is confirmed when we reply to your enquiry.
3. Prices and quotes
Prices are not shown on the website because they change often. A price we give you on WhatsApp or by phone is a quote for that enquiry. It may change with the manufacturer's price, taxes or stock, and is confirmed on your bill.
4. Paint calculator
The paint calculator gives an estimate based on typical coverage on smooth walls. Actual quantities depend on the surface, the product and how it is applied. We will help you confirm the quantity at the store, and we are not responsible for extra material needed beyond the estimate.
5. Brands and trademarks
Brand names and logos such as Birla Opus, Birla White, Sheenlac, Fevicol, Araldite, M-Seal, Bosch, Taparia and Truflo belong to their respective owners. Mayura Trade Links stocks and sells these brands' products, and their names and logos appear here to show the ranges available at our store.
6. Warranties
Product warranties and guarantees are provided by the manufacturers on their terms. We will help you raise a warranty claim with the manufacturer. Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund and Returns Policy.
7. Links to other services
The website links to WhatsApp, Google Maps, the Birla Opus website and other services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
8. Using the website properly
Please do not misuse the website, for example by trying to access the owner dashboard without permission, interfering with how the site works, or copying its content for commercial use without our permission.
9. Liability
We work to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but we cannot promise it is always complete or free of errors.
